How It Works
Step 1: Book & Pay
Choose an available time and reserve your session. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Step 2: Complete Your Intake
After booking, you’ll receive a brief pre-session intake form to share your primary question, goals, and relevant context. You may also submit one optional document of up to five pages.
Step 3: Danielle Prepares
Danielle will review your intake and any submitted materials in advance so you can make the most of your time together.
Step 4: Your 45-Minute Session
Dive into your question, explore options, pressure-test ideas, and identify clear next steps.
Step 5: Receive a Follow-Up
You’ll receive a brief follow-up summarizing key takeaways and recommended next steps.

To make the most of our time together, strategy sessions are intentionally focused and do not include:
- In-depth research or data analysis
- Review or revision of lengthy documents
- Drafting policies, reports, presentations, or other deliverables
- Implementation support or ongoing advisory
- Team or group sessions
Working on Behalf of an Organization?
Organizations are welcome to book a strategy session when a leader has a focused question or challenge.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’d like to work with you on an ongoing basis?
If you need support beyond a single strategy session, I offer separately scoped advisory engagements for individuals and organizations. Reach out with a brief description of what you’re working on and the kind of support you need, and we can discuss whether an ongoing engagement is a good fit.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Please send an email to danielle@attorneydanielle.ai to reschedule your appointment. Requests made less than 24 hours before your session cannot be accommodated.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, you may request a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session and missed appointments are nonrefundable. If Danielle needs to cancel, you may choose a new appointment or receive a full refund.
What if I arrive late?
You’re welcome to join at any point during your scheduled time, but the session will still end at its original time. Missed time cannot be extended or refunded.
Will our session be recorded?
With your consent, the session may be recorded for Danielle’s private reference. Recordings will not be shared or made publicly available. You may decline recording without affecting your session.
