Techsquire LLC Terms & Conditions Agreement

This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Attorney Danielle website, which is owned and operated by Techsquire LLC, a Virginia-based limited liability company. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website at https://attorneydanielle.ai, including any subdomains, mobile versions, associated social media platforms, and communications distributed under the Attorney Danielle brand or through The Miseducation of Technology podcast. By accessing this website, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the site.

Company Terminology

Throughout this Agreement, the terms “Techsquire LLC,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to the owner and operator of the website and the parent entity of the Attorney Danielle brand and The Miseducation of Technology podcast. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user or viewer of the website. The “Site” refers collectively to https://attorneydanielle.ai and any related or derivative platforms owned or managed by Techsquire LLC.

Description of Services

At this time, the Attorney Danielle website and associated platforms exist for educational, informational, and editorial purposes. The services provided through the Site include, but are not limited to, written commentary on technology, law, and culture; digital educational content such as blog posts and videos; podcast episodes and transcripts; and the collection of email addresses for a technology law and culture newsletter distributed under the Attorney Danielle brand.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. Your continued use of the Site following any updates or modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Any failure by Techsquire LLC to enforce any part of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time. All waivers must be explicitly made in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.
